Yvonne was an excellent advisor, very efficient and friendly. She took all the details and explained the process regarding the engineer calling me and arranging an appointment time and also the cost and what it included. An engineer is calling tomorrow, I’m very pleased.
My repair requirement ( new dishwasher door hinges ) was handled very well from start to finish . Parts searched for and ordered during my initial call to the company and engineer booked for date they would be delivered – good updates on text about timings on the day – very pleased with work done – good as new!
