Very easy to book and pay on line, lovely friendly engineer, he had to order a part for our cooker so that took several days but can be expected. Would definitely use this company again.

Nico was on time and a very polite and very efficient at his job , he put a new part in our fridge and he told us that it may not cure the prob as the compressor was very hot and it wasnt worth repairing due to the cost he told us to turn the appliance off for 48 hrs which we did but unfortunately it didn’t work so we have bought a new fridge . But overall we give top marks and we would use your company again and recommend you to our friends . 10/10.
Excellent prompt service to have my ancient tumble drier investigated. The operativ e did l he cou,ld to repair my a ncient tumble drier, visited twice,having repaired one control panel. Unfortunately he then discovered a terminal fault in the second control panel but was very helpful, giving me much advice regarding purchase of a new tumble drier – I am over 80 and not up to date with new technology.
