Excellent service. My call was dealt with very efficiently by Kirsty. She arranged an appointment for the next day and said Jason the engineer would ring me to arrange a convenient time.
I was informed of the cost for call out and labour which was very reasonable, especially considering that the call out was arranged so quickly. I am waiting for Jason to ring and will update my review when the engineer has been. Very happy, so far, so good.
