Easy to arrange the appointment, engineer arrived on time and was able to repair the machine quickly.
From my first call for assistance, everything was most professional. Paul, the engineer, called in advance of arrival, ordered the required parts and set up his return visit for three days later. He returned with the parts, fitted them, adjusted the stability of the fitted dishwasher and even recommended his favourite Curry House a few miles away.
