On-line booking process with NAC was very efficient with a time-slot available 2 days later. Engineer made personal contact and again came out at time booked. Diagnosed fault and came back to fit the part two days later. He was very pleasant and the whole experience was hassle-free. Would definitely use NAC again.

Engineer was booked for the next day. I was kept updated via messages the time he was coming to the day he came back to install the part. I had never used NAC before so when it was all sorted within a week I was very impressed.
Initial engineer next day visit correctly diagnosed the issue with our Dishwasher. Follow up call the following day advised cost of parts required and organised speedy appointment for fix. Parts fitted efficiently by knowledgeable engineer and all now OK. I would happily recommend this company.
