An excellent job completed by Dimitar who was very professional & careful to repair my 8yr old NEFF oven. His methodical checking of issues & clear communication to identify the problem is highly appreciated. And was able to repair in less than 1hr with my ordered parts from NEFF for which I am most grateful as it meant no further delays.
We had a day appointed, I rang to check a time and the engineer arrived on time. The work soon done and we were back in operation

Communication was excellent and Dan was happy to re arrange the appointment for me when I had to cancel. Unfortunately he was unable to get parts to repair the faulty dishwasher due to it’s unknown make but he tried his best. However he did help in the end by disposing of the unit for me.
Great communication no hidden extras £75 + parts. Mine was beyond repair financially but the service was quick knowledgeable and efficient. The engineer looked up the parts and how much they would cost for me. It was more than a new washer so I had to buy new but I would definitely use this service again.
Very good communication from the company prior to the engineer’s visit. Engineer arrived in expected time slot & gave good advice. In our case no repair was necessary so only the call-out charge was payable.
