Engineer was on time and polite and knew what was required of the job.
Call nac becks was very pleasant on the call guided me to where I could get codes for the machine gave me the cost for fallout and now waiting for the part price

Steve contacted us the same day we phoned our problem in to NAC Repairs and came round the next day.
He was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the problem, showed us the offending part and explained our options.
Based on this information we decided a new machine would be best for us.
But whatever Steve did when he temporarily removed the part seems to have had a miraculous effect and for the time being at least our tumble dryer is working!
Even if this isn`t a permanent solution, we know from Steve`s advice what steps to take next.
