The engineer contacted me about arrival time and was efficient and polite, finding the problem after investigation and explaining what was needed. Repair completed promptly when the part received and the costs were explained and were very reasonable. Thank you for good service.
The telephone booking system was easy and the engineer arrived the next day in good time. Unfortunately our dishwasher was beyond repair but we were then able to arrange a new one to be delivered quickly
From making the initial call to the new part being fitted was faultless. Great Comms ( part had to be ordered) and Callum was polite and very professional. Well definitely use again if needed
