Booking was straightforward, reminder sent the day before and the engineer arrived at the scheduled time (actually early but he rang to check it was ok!). Fitted broken washing machine door glass quickly but had to return a few days later to fit a new door seal. No extra call out charge and again job done quickly. Possibly not the cheapest but couldn’t fault the service from start to finish.
I used NAC to repair my oven. From the moment of my initial phone contact with them the service has been excellent. A prompt appointment was made and charges explained. Ethan the engineer attended and confirmed the issue returning a few days later to complete the repair. A very polite and competent young man.. a credit to your organisation. Overall a first class service, if I need an appliance repair in the future NAC will be my first choice 👍
The engineer, (Kingston) was polite, informative and extremely competent in his work. Turning up at the agreed time helped in planning the rest of my day.

We were very pleased with service that we received both from our initial call with Yvonne and then our arrangement with the engineer. (Max?)He came out a day later to resolve a problem with our fridge freezer. He arrived at the time he stipulated and was tidy and efficient. Tried another national company who were suddenly cold calling me and sending me emails. Don’t like that . Recommend NAC.
