Very helpful and clear

From my initial call to NAC, to Josh the engineers arrival the whole experience was excellent. Two visits from Josh where he kept us up to date on progress, to the repair of our microwave we were very pleased with the service.

Needed my cooker to be checked had no idea who to get but from the phone call I spoke to a very helpful person who arranged for someone to visit,the engineer was very quiet and checked cooker which had to have new parts this happened very quickly and my cooker back in working order very good service,Thank you.

Yvonne has a very warm manner and gets all the details right.

Attention to detail. On time for inspection and later repair. Only issue was the time it took to receive the spares. But that was down to Miele not NAC

I cannot recommend this company enough! The customer service was exceptional, kept updated re times and dates of visits and what was happening and our washing machine was repaired within a few days of the initial visit even with the parts having to be ordered from France! The engineer was polite, always on time and did a great job. There is nothing worse than sitting round all day waiting for a repair person to turn up; we had an early call to give us a time frame and then another call to say he was on his way. You can’t ask for more than that.
The Costs were totally transparent and no hidden extras and were very reasonable. Highly recommend using NAC.

Found repair service online and so pleased I did. Phone call answered almost immediately and engineer booked and confirmed again within a day. Stephen arrived within promised time slot and found the issue with our oven within 5 minutes! Unfortunately, the replacement part wasn’t available until the following week but even so, everything went smoothly. Could not tell someone had been to repair afterwards as all care taken to prevent mess or disturbance to kitchen, even with husband asking all sorts of technical questions. Very, very efficient and professional service from initial contact until completion. Thank you.
