The office staff booked us in promptly and were very helpful. The engineer was very professional, he advised us the night before the visit of the number we where on his job sheet and a time slot. He arrived when expected and was tidy, respectful and our oven was repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Lee was really professional and efficient. He identified the repair needed to sort my Smeg range cooker oven and went above and beyond to ensure the part needed was ordered and fitted as quickly as possible. He kept in excellent communication throughout the process and was prompt and friendly.
Engineer attended quickly to electric cooker fault, found the problem to be a fault heating element and ordered a replacement as well as a new door seal. He was able to come back and fit this within a few days and the whole process was smooth and easy to arrange.

Very thorough examination of my dishwasher revealed that there actually was no problem to fix. I’d agreed the price in advance, but I was told that if the m/c failed in the near future, they’d fix it at no extra cost.
