Tumble dryer broken. Called, same day call out arranged. Dan called to say roughly how long he would be. He sorted the problem quickly. I paid a service charge over the phone which was quick and easy and then paid the cost of the new part by card in person. Excellent service.

Very easy to make an appointment. Very reliable and professional. Haydn was on time and did the repair on our dishwasher. After investigating the issue came back and replaced the broken part quickly everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Turned up as arranged; removed necessary panels and started the dryer. Surprisingly the dryer started immediately and despite his best efforts he couldn’t find a fault. Still, job done.
