Communiations with the Company were excellent and the Technician, Faisal, was extremely expert.
Unfortunately, spares for our Rangemaster Fridge/Freezer were unobtainable due to its age.

From online booking to completion of repair the experience of dealing with NAC was pleasan, easy and very efficient. Ben knew exactly what to do without hesitation and found the cause of the oven tripping the RCD, replaced the faulty element from stock he had on the van and fully tested the oven before putting it back in the cabinet. He rewired.the plug too because that was badly done by original installers. Ben was careful with everything he handled leaving no sign of having been in our kitchen other than a now properly working oven! I would strongly recommend this company if you want a quick reliable repair. We’ll done NAC.
