Spoke to Sarah and she was efficient and connected me with an engineer to get the job done.

A most professional repair service for our Nef oven. Prompt attention and the engineer returned a couple of days later with a genuine Nef replacement part, fitted in no time. Very good communications with text messages letting us know when he would visit. Not cheap but very good service and good value for money. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend ! We are most grateful – thank you !

Josh arrived at the arranged time and quickly identified the problem. He informed us of the cost of the parts and then arranged for the parts to be fitted.
The follow up visit was scheduled and the parts were installed efficiently.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The initial appointment was timely, the engineer arrived as arranged, identified the problem, ordered the parts, which I paid for when requested and the oven was fixed in less than a week from the first appointment. Couldn’t fault the service.

Following a conversation Mark ordered the parts and kept us fully informed as to the progress right up to the arranged visit time. He was very polite and professional and completed the repairs in good time to a high standard. Very pleased with the result.
