My experience with NAC engineer has been a pleasant one. I used their service for my broken down washing machine. I got a same day visit and the engineer tried to fix it but we needed a new part which came in good time. The engineer second visit was seamless, professional and gave after care advice. Thank you for a lovely service.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO SEE MY FRIDGE,FREEZER ,HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND WAS ABLE TO GET A PART AND FIX IT ,I AM DELIGHTED THAT ITS WORKING FINE NOW .
WELL DONE TO THE MAN WHO HAD A BIT OF A JOB MOVING IT ,BUT HE NEVER GAVE UP ,SO VERY HAPPY .

NAC gave a rapid reply to my initial email which identified the existing problem needed more work. The offer of a fresh appointment was made within a couple of hours and I was able to book a slot of my choice via the on line booking system.

Booked it online Sunday got a visit Monday and got the job done cannot ask for more no hidden costs and straight forward wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Engineer knew what he was doing pity a mother board was not available ( Discontinued part ) only available on other sites.
