Excellent service

Nac came to replace the censor switch on my American fridge /freezer
I received a text the evening before they were due , got a text first thing next day to say engineer was on route
The engineer was very polite and friendly
This is the first time I have used this company , would certainly go back to them

Engineer came next day to repair my neff microwave/combi oven. Josh was fabulous and really helpful. Told us what was wrong and ordered parts which took a week to arrive.

Arrived when they said they would as per the ETA they had given us. Engineer was polite and efficient. Well equipped and knowledgeable. Found the fault and completed the repair . Kept us informed and advised us of the total cost of the repair before going ahead. Would use this company again.
