I’m very impressed with NAC. From the first point of contact with the lady who answered the phone, through to the visit from the engineer, everything was handled quickly, professionally and in a very friendly manner.
I was informed of the charges involved and told that the engineer would contact me to confirm the booking, which he did. He contacted me again, on the day before his visit, with a two hour time slot.
The faults were found and one of the repairs was made straight away and a part was ordered for another repair. My cooker was checked to make sure that it was in good working order.
The engineer explained the faults and arranged to contact me when the other part arrived.

Out of all the companies we contacted, NAC were the most prompt in getting back to us, and sending out an engineer very quickly. He was efficient, friendly, polite and diligent in the work he had to do on our washing machine. Would definitely use NAC again.

And we only waited 24 hours for him to attend. Really impressed by the overall service NAC afforded us.

Next day booking

From talking to the lady on the phone to using my appliance again, the process was easy and seamless.
First off a very friendly member of your team listened to my woes of being a night shift worker needing a repair and found me a slot but I had to wait a little longer than normal due to how busy you were. However the next morning she rang me back offering me a slot a day earlier, which was perfect as I hadn’t worked the night before so would be up anyway!
The engineer arrived, another friendly member of the team, soon diagnosed the fault and had the part on the van, so was repaired same day.
