It was a superb experience.
I had a problem with the water dispenser on my Samsung fridge/freezer. I had tried the suggested solutions but it still didn’t work.
The appointment was made quickly and easily.
The repairman arrived a little early and got to work. He checked everything but couldn’t find the problem. A few phonecalls back to base, and some suggestions later, he found the issue. It seems the waterpipe had frozen.
He cleared it, and everything worked again.
Although he was here a couple of hours, there was no extra charge.
He cleared up after the job and gave me a few tips to prevent the problem reoccurring.
He was polite and cheerful throughout what must have been a very frustrating visit.
Although not cheap, NAC gave excellent value for money, and the work is guaranteed.
I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
