The engineer you introduced, Aleksander, arrived when agreed, and diagnosed the problem with our 18 year old fridge. He worked to remove the large amount icing and advised on how to prevent future icing going forward. The fridge is back up and running again. Brilliant service.
Repair technician was very friendly and explained the problem and possible solution very thoroughly. However, even after refilling the gas he said it would probably not work as he was unable to find a leak (probably inside the fridge workings). He took the fridge from its housing and replaced it leaving the place clean. The repair didn’t work and we were only charged the call out amount stated.
The job was scheduled within 12 hours of my contacting them, I got a fairly accurate ETA and the engineer was both polite and efficient, identifying the fault and repairing there and then.
Well I thought I had broken my slide and hide oven door. I was so panicked and scared that it couldn’t be repaired. However I booked an appointment online and Kerr came out promptly and was a miracle worker. He took his time and fixed the problem. I certainly will call them again if I have any problems with my white goods.
The phone was answered straightaway, the appointment was made within 48 hours. Danny came, made the correct assessment quickly and returned a few days later and fitted the new part for our dishwasher in 20 minutes.
The day of repair was quick. The repair man was efficient and punctual.
