The engineer Coby called to degrease the inside of the unit chimney came with no materials to do the job, we provided cloths to do the work his firm provided nothing, strange?
Called the company when machine stopped and nice guy turned up and within half an hour all sorted. Can’t live without my Zanussi washing machine.
