10 year old existing washing machine decided not to work in the middle of a cycle washing a king size duvet. Repair man came the next day but could do nothing, we knew it meant a replacement which was delivered the following day and plumbed in. The old machine was taken away. The two people that delivered and installed were quick, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
