From talking to the lady on the phone to using my appliance again, the process was easy and seamless.
First off a very friendly member of your team listened to my woes of being a night shift worker needing a repair and found me a slot but I had to wait a little longer than normal due to how busy you were. However the next morning she rang me back offering me a slot a day earlier, which was perfect as I hadn’t worked the night before so would be up anyway!
The engineer arrived, another friendly member of the team, soon diagnosed the fault and had the part on the van, so was repaired same day.

I am happy I chose this company as I got an instant response. I was given an appointment which suited me and it was confirmed by email. I was provided with the contact details of the tradesman and I spoke to him about the problem with my appliance. The night before my appointment he sent a text informing me of the time scale of arriving at my property. This was so helpful as I was not tied to stay in all day. On arrival he was friendly and polite. He inspected my appliance and found the problem quickly. He left me with some instructions on what to do next. I felt very happy I did not need a new appliance as the problem was relatively easy. I felt confident with the tradesman’s work. I certainly could not have fixed the problem myself.
