Coby came the next day and was on time. He spent a lot of time checking everything on my washing machine to make sure that it was working properly. He was extremely thorough and helpful.
My washing machine door unfortunately has decided it’s not going to unlock. This happened after my washing machine has finished its full washing cycle.
On Saturday evening.
So I had to call N.A.C out.
I have never had to call anybody out before for my Bosh washing machine.
But I got put straight through to a lovely lady called Helen, she was very helpful and professional.
It was also nice to hear a voice over the phone which I could understand because she spoke clearly.
And the quote I was given was fair, and she asked all my questions.
And a call out will be happening tomorrow.

We have an old Rangemaster cooker that needed a new oven fan and new elements. NAC responded quickly and sent an engineer to check the cooker within hours of our telephone call. Moreover, not only was the engineer thorough, and expert in his diagnosis, he also explained clearly what needed to be done and what the procedure would be to restore the cooker as quickly as possible. Communications with NAC went very quickly and clearly and the spares were ordered. When they arrived with NAC we were notified and given the date for the engineer to fit them. All very timely. The engineer duly arrived, earlier than expected ( he did call us and ask if an earlier appointment suited us) and fitted the spares efficiently and with good humour!
The service from NAC was brilliant and the engineer who visited us was fast, efficient and good humoured. We could ask for no more. Well done NAC!

The repair man arrived on time after a text to say he was coming. I didn’t know the booking was going to be through ‘We Repair’ that’s all I’d say. But it was an efficient and quick repair to our dishwasher that thankfully was only a blockage (my fault for not cleaning the filter often enough!).
The engineer (Ken) was polite and friendly, and got on with the job. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated his advice and knowledge about our cooker.
