Our washing machine was making strange noises and I tried to arrange a call out with Bosch directly but they only had an appointment for ten days’ time. I couldn’t wait ten days without a washing machine! So I found this place online and it was so straight forward, they answered without putting us on hold, took some simple details and put us in touch with a local engineer who came on the day and fixed the problem. Much cheaper than calling Bosch themselves and the engineer (named Mujahid) was very helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing.
