Excellent service from NAC engineer Nathan who quickly found the initial fault with our dishwasher and returned to fit new parts a few days later.
All communications with NAC were promptly actioned
which made them a pleasure to deal with.

Easy to contact and the person on the phone was friendly and booked my repair same day. Dan came only a couple of hours later, fixed everything very quickly and gave me some really useful advice on keeping my machine in good condition. He was lovely as well. Huge relief, thank you!
Excellent 10/10. NAC’s website’s great and well laid out, making it easy to use and find information, especially the phone number! My call was answered quickly (and by a real person, not the usual “Press 1…”), and Helen explained everything clearly and professionally. So if the engineer’s just as good, and I don’t have to trek’s to the laundromat again after his visit, then it’ll definitely be another 10/10 for sure. Thanks again!
