All of the engineers who came over were professional and polite. Our machine was mended quickly. The receptionists who booked in our request were understanding and helpful. The service all round was outstanding.

Very prompt service and although the tumble dryer was actually fine but the plug at fault, a very professional approach and will call out again. The cost of the call out and labour was made very clear from the outset of the booking and reminders sent with the option of cancelling.
