Very prompt service and although the tumble dryer was actually fine but the plug at fault, a very professional approach and will call out again. The cost of the call out and labour was made very clear from the outset of the booking and reminders sent with the option of cancelling.

Called NAC for water leak on our washing machine 9.30am the guy arrived before 3pm the same day. He went straight to work. Stripped machine right down to get to the problem. Cured the leak and we were able to use the machine next day after he refitted and glued some parts. Excellent service by a local guy.
