Challenged with an unusual problem the engineer who came around today found a creative solution that solved the issue. He was also polite,respectful and left everything clean and tidy
I hardly ever bother to review any product or service but in this instance I have made an exception because of the superb level of service right from the initial phone call to the final repair. The repair man turned up when I was expecting him, was friendly and tidy. Fixed the machine and explained what had gone wrong. He was very careful, when moving the machine about, not to damage the flooring.
Had a leak coming from my washing machine. Booked an appointment. Engineer came promptly. He identified I needed a new hose and fitted it there and then. All working fine now.
