Chris was on time and very efficient during the repair process at a very busy time just before Xmas.
Kingston, the engineer, was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time and worked really hard to repair my oven. He was extremely diligent and made sure everything was working well before he left. He was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.
The process was simple and quite efficient, with the oven repair man arriving as scheduled, although it probably mostly depends on the quality of the local sub-contractor

From booking to repair the service was 1st rate. Easy telephone booking followed by call from technician to discuss issue. Technician arrived promptly tried to fix but did need a part. He returned with ordered part and fixed my oven very promptly. Nice friendly guy ( Robert). I would recommend this service it was both prompt and efficient.
Further to my earlier review “Light Relief” (17 Dec 2025) Karvel, the engineer arrived with his son on the appointed date. After a detailed examination and test of my Hoover washer/dryer it was found that 2 pcb’s needed replacing. One could be sourced but the other was obsolete. This necessitated the purchase of a new washer/dryer. Karvel ordered the same for me and arranged for delivery the following Saturday. As his van was unavailable on the Saturday he hired a van and delivered the new machine on the Sunday, removing the broken machine. He returned later that Sunday afternoon and connected up the new machine, testing it and explaining tome clearly how to operate it. His actions were definitely going beyond my expectations. If necessary I would not hesitate to use NAC again.

Rang them (and spoke to a human!) and a repair was booked for the following day. Had a call about 15 minutes later and they could come a day early! Oven was fixed within an hour of my initial call!
