Speed, efficiency, great communication, modest cost. I had telephoned about 3pm, the engineer arrived by 3.30pm and the job was completed an hour later, microwave working. Excellent.

Very impressed that they came out on the same day as my phone call. Although they were unable to repair my oven on the day, information on what would happen and when was detailed and accurate. My oven was repaired within a week. Would definitely use again.

Completed the online form and got a call late afternoon by their team. They had a cancellation and asked if l still needed an engineer. I did, so an engineer sent out. He arrived within an hour, couldn’t repair it but the advice and service was excellent…
My repair to washing machine was done quickly and professionally.
