So easy to book an appointment for an engineer to call. Email and txt updates kept me fully in formed. Engineer arrived at the time set, he was polite and friendly and got my washing machine working again.
Due to the wet clothing coming out of washing machine, I believed there was something wrong with it. However the engineer gave me 3 improved ways I could use the machine.
Came within timescale given, engineer was very helpful, covered all questions asked, gave a good check over after fixing problem, very happy..
