Unbelievable service always use you again

The engineer came on the expected day and rang me on his way to give an accurate time of arrival. He was pleasant polite and helpful, checked the cooker and did necessary repairs. He answered all my queries in a knowledgeable way.

My cooker was fixed within two working days of contacting NAC. I was given an appointment to suit my availability. The engineer was very efficient and had the cooker fixed within 30 minutes.

Came within 5 hours of being asked. Worked quickly and efficiently. Gave an assessment of future uncertainties. The charge was little more than half of the call out charge of the manufacturer who was unable to offer an appointment within a reasonable time frame. An excellent service which I very happily recommend.
