Everything went to plan, arrived on time and fixed the problem for me. So all was great….

We had a problem with a leak in the fridge. The engineer arrived on time, fixed the problem speedily and efficiently, gave some advice to avoid future problems and was pleasant in manner throughout.

Had an issue with our washing machine and NAC were very helpful and efficient in sorting it out. They came out only a day or two after I phoned and the chap who was out was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. I booked an appointment for the repair of our dishwasher at 1230 and by 1530 my dishwasher was fully serviceable. I was impressed by the fact that the engineer not only freed the pump action but also carried out 2 electrical safety checks. Both members of the NAC were very polite and competent. A pleasure to work with the NAC team.

Nothing to fault. Quick to arrange the appointment, arrived on time (early actually). Pleasant engineer and tumble dryer fixed. All good.
