Despite the fact that my washing machine was uncooperative and did not make the noise that I called up about, the engineer still spent time checking the machine thoroughly and asked relevant questions about what had been happening.

Highly recommend this service for our washing machine repair. Can try and diagnose things yourself but messing about with machines and not to mention the endless screws you would need to remove before you even get to what you may think is the issue yourself. Fixed within an hour was lint in the washer/dryer but with these machines it is a common issue. Much rather get a professional to do this for us.
The engineer quickly found the problem and fixed it without fuss or mess. Called ahead of arrival, and a good lad. Thank you.
