Our washing machine died mid-cycle so I called NAC. They arranged an engineer who arrived within a couple of hours who worked out what was wrong. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part he needed on the van, but it was really easy to arrange a further visit once the part was available at a time to suit me. The engineer Matt was friendly, professional and thorough and the whole process was really easy. Communication from the customer service team was also excellent. Would definitely use again, although (fingers crossed) I won’t have to for a while.

Very prompt service good advice given as no work was needed on our washing machine problem down to using too much powder. Miele need to improve instruction manual to show how much powder to use.
Quite a lot of money to pay when could have been avoided if manual was better.
We are still awaiting a receipt for payment.
