Booking was straight forward . Updates on my appointment were useful. The engineer arrived in the mentioned time slot and the problem was dealt with efficiently.

Communication was excellent throughout and the engineer arrived within the agreed timescale. The fault was identified quickly and, although the replacement part needed to be ordered, the repair was completed, with two visits within 5 days. Good to have a fixed call-out and labour charge and to be able to pay this online. Very happy with the service.

Service was easy to arrange and did what it said on the tin. Informed me of time frame for arrival the day before and when engineer was on his way the next morning. Engineer was helpful, personable and informative. Also helped loosen the oven bulb before he went as it needed replaced which I hadn’t been able to manage.

It was so simple to book an engineer from the website. Christopher Harper, the engineer who attended, was polite, tidy and quick to find the problem. Although he didn’t have the part required to hand, he ordered it and was back to fix the issue within a week. The repair and call out were fairly priced and my dishwasher is running again.
