Engineer was friendly and efficient, completing the job promptly and fault, blocked drain to freezer, was rectified within minutes! Good job if a bit expensive for just a defrost!

NAC attended the day after I rang them – Tom arrived on time after ringing to check directions. He was courteous and efficient (finding a blocked pipe), and didn’t ask for payment until the work was finished.
Unfortunately when we used the washing machine the following day the same fault reappeared.
NAC arranged for Tom to revisit two days later (first opportunity) and he cleared another blockage after checking with a colleague on possible causes for the fault with our particular make of machine.
I have given 5 stars despite the two visits, as I wasn’t charged for the second one as advertised, Tom had checked for possible fault causes before reattending and so cleared the fault quickly. The washing machine is now working properly and the work is guaranteed for 3 months.
Single fee for callout seemed very reasonable to me.
