After contacting AEG to repair my dryer & it failing again after 5 months, I thought I would try an independent. NAC were very pleasant on the phone, laid out all charges and orivided a quick service. The repair man was polite and professional – needed to come back after ordering a spare part, then again as the problem wasn’t fully fixed. Second visit was not billable as the problem was connected o the original. Good service, friendly & helpful staff.
