I was extremely impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend the engineer who came to deal with my washing machine. He was well presented, courteous and very efficient, The back up administration has been equally professional and I will certainly recommend this company.

The repairer came when he said he would.
He fixed the problem, after asking relevant questions and doing appropriate checks.
I paid the price stipulated in advance.
He left.

Second time I have used these guys. Moved into a new house, American fridge freezer leaking. Technician attended and sorted the issue within half an hour. Amazing! Please use these guys before you think of binning your appliances.
