Easy booking, prompt appointment and fast efficient service

Arrived early, oven fixed in about 20 mins and a fair price. Engineer friendly and explained everything.

Nick Murray came and repaired our washing machine today such a pleasant young man he had almost finished when he cut his hand very badly but he insisted on finishing the job before he left to go to hospital. that’s dedication to duty for you. will certainly call you again if and when required.

I booked online for a repair of our Bosch microwave oven on a Saturday, and was informed on a Monday morning that an engineer will be able to come and take a look at it on the same day. I received a text message from the engineer a few hours later to tell me of his ETA and they (Kris & Wez) arrived promptly, looked at the microwave, and identified the problem.

They had to order the parts, and after payment was made, they came back a week later to fix the problem. I had to pay a one-off charge of £78 although they made 2 visits, plus cost of the parts.

My microwave is working again. Kris and Wez didn’t leave any mess, and were very polite and professional. I am very satisfied with the job done, but most of all, I am very impressed with how quick they can send an engineer over after my request for repair. The whole system from booking to repair worked seamlessly, and I must say that I have not experienced this kind of customer service very often.

Booked a repair online. There was clear pricing before booking which was good to see. I booked on a weekend so the earliest date on the website was a Tuesday, but I got a call on the Monday asking if I minded them coming early, which was great.

Issue was identified quickly and a replacement part had to be ordered. After a short wait I was contacted to accept the replacement time.

Everything was easy, stress free and clear.
Would recommend and use again.

The technician who carried out the repair was very technically competent , polite and friendly. The whole process from the initial phone contact through to delivery of the repair was efficient and timely. For these reasons I can thoroughly recommend this appliance repair organisation.
