The whole experience with NAC was great. I booked easily online for a cooker repair. The communication was great and the engineer, Aaron, confirmed the appointment the day before and then I got a text just before he arrived. He was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and explained everything. He finished the job quickly and there was no mess for us to clear up. I would definitely recommend NAC to anyone looking for a reasonably priced cooker repair.

I was given a time slot the day before, which was kept too. My leaking freezer is fixed, I was shown what the problem was and the engineer explained what he was doing every step of the way.

The engineer arrived early, was friendly, diagnosed and explained the problem and sorted it quickly and efficiently. Happy with the result.

This company blew me away. So professional, honest, knowledgeable, and the engineer ( Nathan) was a star. I would have no hesitation in using this company again, and/or recommending them for their exemplary service. This was a washing machine issue for my father who is elderly. He had called out another company about 6 weeks ago. They said it needed a new motor and my dad could not get hold of them again. Probably a 1 man band. They left the machine with bushes disconnected and screws missing and said its cheaper to buy a new machine. Nathan put it back togerher and cleaned the dry joints and hey presto. Working like new. Don’t get caught by rogue agents it will be more costly in the end. These guys are just terrific, give them a call. Darren, Manchester.

The Engineer was friendly and very knowledgable. He kept me informed on the progress of the repair and explained the fault and how he rectified it. There was no mess as he tidied the area before he left. I would recommend the company to others. Thank-you.
