The lad was very polite and friendly, but after he left l tried the washing machine out, only to find that the problem of error Eo3 was still there and wouldn’t go away,l sent him a text message to which he replied, to ring your office again and arrange a new visit.
I’ll be in touch, just l am on night shift this week so I will ring when I can.

Cooker extractor fan not working, sent a repair man on Wednesday 31st August needed a new motor. Came back on Friday fixed it. Very efficient and was on time. Definitely recommend
