My washing machine was not draining or spinning. The engineer, Rhys came the same day. He was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleared all blocked areas. In addition, he replumbed the pipes in a tidy way. Best of all, he identified that my machine was connected to the hot water and moved it to the cold. Rhys was here over an hour and it cost less than £70. He could not have been more helpful. I was very impressed.

Your engineer arrived at the time he said, conducted himself professionally and my dishwasher was working when he left. What more is there to say.

Friendly Engineer showed up on time, and identified the fault quickly. Ordered the part I needed. Once the part was in stock, engineer came back out to replace the new part. All in a designated time slot that suited both parties.

I was really impressed to report a problem with my appliance and have it repaired the following day. Arranging the appointment was easy and there was a real person to discuss the details of arrival time and cost in advance.

Andrew arrived on time and thoroughly checked our fridge/freezer. Although he found that there was nothing wrong with it, he gave us some good advice to keep it in optimum working condition. We will certainly contact him again if we encounter any problems.
