The engineer Ashley was very knowledgeable, polite, easy to talk to and leaves the work area clean and tidy. He was very punctual and I would recommend him to anyone who has problems with their dishwasher.

Arrived on time, was friendly and professional, knew problem with my washing machine straight away. All fixed and working fine. ( Darren ) was his name .would recommend .
A good response to a request for support. The technician was able to respond within a couple of days. The problem was quickly identified and a replacement part fitted. In addition advice about replacing the faulty bulb was provided. A reasonable price. Altogether, a satisfactory experience.
