I was given a specific time slot, my engineer rang me just before to inform me he was on his way. He certainly knew his stuff , he checked every single part of my appliance, even covering areas that I’d not had any problems with and gave it a full inspection . The engineer went through everything he was doing and kept us fully informed all the way through. He found the problem and remedied it in no time at all. 10 out of 10 for excellent service.
