I enquired about having my washing machine fixed on Thursday afternoon and had the whole process completed by 8am Friday morning. The engineer was incredibly professional and pleasant and it all cost less than I was expecting. Would recommend.

Living a long way from my father-law is not ideal when he pulls his fridge onto him! Chris attended within a couple of hours to confirm his fridge is still alive after a quick fix. A call centre that I assume this is proved ideal in the circumstances as they have contact with many engineers and someone obviously picks up the job if it suits their workload and location, ideal in an ‘emergency.’ Thank you.
