Arrived on time and as agreed. Worked quickly and efficiently – no time-wasted. Had the required equipment to hand. Was familiar with the make of cooker. Had a spare-part in the van which meant there was no wait, i.e. no second visit/no time wasted sourcing the spare. The charge was as agreed in advance; the only additions were the cost of the on-street parking required, and the price of the spare part. Thank you.

Dan and what a breath of fresh air he was he repaired my Samsung freezer and was very good at what he did
