Great communications from the get go! Nathan our engineer arrived on time and even phoned to let us know he would be with us in the next 15 mins. He was polite , respectful of our property . We only waited 7 days from his first visit to having the parts and completing the repair. Thank you Nathan , highly recommended an asset to NAC.
Dan arrived when expected. Identified the problem quickly and had the microwave fixed and back in its housing in no time. Very friendly. Clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again if needed.
