real person answering phone. rang on Monday given a job number that day engineer Ashley here on Wednesday, whole machine taken apart. Job done. Did a wash immediately and it worked. Most impressed.

Turned up on time and did a good job, washer is fixed and not leaking.
Repair was £158.35 and new washer is £320 (same model) so we will have to see how long it lasts to see if it was worth repairing
