Nick did a great job. He arrived at the stated time, set about his task cheerfully, took great trouble and care over diagnosing the appliance fault, got it running again and left everything neat and tidy. I booked online for an engineer to come out and have a look,the next few days someone came who was very nice.I needed a new element which luckily the engineer had in his van which saved another visit to come back and fix it.My oven is now working again.I would definitely recommend using NAC.
