When booking the lady on the phone was very helpful. Andrew then attended & diagnosed the problem. A new part was ordered promptly & once the part arrived (which only took a few days) Andrew was rebooked to come back & fit the new part. He was very polite, tidy & efficient. So far all seems to be working fine with no further problems. Thank you to all involved in my repair, I will certainly use this company in the future if needed again.
