My washing machine was not draining or spinning. The engineer, Rhys came the same day. He was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleared all blocked areas. In addition, he replumbed the pipes in a tidy way. Best of all, he identified that my machine was connected to the hot water and moved it to the cold. Rhys was here over an hour and it cost less than £70. He could not have been more helpful. I was very impressed.

Friendly Engineer showed up on time, and identified the fault quickly. Ordered the part I needed. Once the part was in stock, engineer came back out to replace the new part. All in a designated time slot that suited both parties.
