Sorry but I can’t remember the engineers name. He explained what had gone wrong with my Frost free freezer and he also explained how he fixed it. He said give us a call if anything goes wrong. Also he said that he had tightened a loose door handle on my fridge compartment.
Great communication all the way through the process. The engineer, James Leitch, was very quick to identify the problem with our dishwasher. Ordered the new part there and then and returned couple of days later as soon as the part was delivered. Would not hesitate to call nac for any appliance issues in the future. Highly recommended.
