Bosch dryer not working or heating. Graham came after he phoned and was on time. He was very pleasant and managed to sort problem straight away. I look after grandchildren and do their washing so no dryer in the winter would have been disasterious for me. Graham said anymore problems to contact right away. This is the second time we have used NAC Plymouth. Both experiences were excellent. Easy to book appointments online, within a couple of days of fault occurring. Engineer arrived on time, clear info given as to the problem, no hidden extra costs. As a result we have had a washing machine and tumble dryer fixed, and saved a fortune, as we have avoided needing to buy new appliances. The washing machine was fixed more than 16months ago, and we have had no problems since.
