I’ve used this company before so when my tumble dryer packed up yesterday they were my go to accredited service centre. It’s hassle free customer service, next day appointment and excellent knowledgeable engineers make it a good experience all round.
Really helpful repairman with lots of good advice. Used the service twice now. First time he solved the issue with a new part, second visit he couldn’t repair as it was a problem for a plumber but NAC gave us loads of advice so we could solve ourselves with a few new pipes, cheaper than calling out a plumber too!
Very easy to book the oven repair, polite, helpful and punctual. This is the second time that I have used this company and will use again if needed. All for a reasonable cost. Well done guys.
I found NAC to provide a really efficient, professional service and would definitely use them again. Competitive pricing and got to the bottom of an issue with my dishwasher that several other companies were not interested in coming out to or diagnosed the wrong problem and said can’t get the parts. Chris and Wes from NAC took the whole machine apart and diagnosed the problem within 30 mins. The part was ordered and machine fixed 2 days later and this is a discontinued dishwasher that is notoriously hard to find parts for. Great experience all round.
