Unfortunately, our washing machine was ready for the big man in the sky. Engineer gave us sound advice and even advised us on another small matter we had in our bathroom, which we really appreciated and helped us a great deal.
Our faulty grill problem was resolved with a next day visit from Mark Lang organised by a charming lady on the telephone when we reported this.
Mark was confidant very polite, explained the problem, gave us a choice of solutions and speedily repaired and tested the new elements. Thoroughly delighted with such quality service. Thank you Mark.

The engineer turned up promptly on the appointed day. He was most courteous to me and respected my property. He clearly diagnosed the problems with my cooker range; identifying the spare parts required and ordered them over the phone to the office immediately during his visit. I was very impressed. I now await the spare parts to arrive along with an engineer’s second visit.
