Excellent service! The engineer came first thing in the morning on the chosen date, and fixed the problem within 10 minutes, plus he also did the safety test of the socket behind the fridge – which meant pulling the fridge out, and then back in. I highly recommend NAC.

The repair man turned up in the window of time he gave. He gave my integrated fridge/freezer a thorough check and found the fault. Unfortunately because of the type of sensor it was, it was not repairable. We had a chat about where to shop for a new one, what makes were better suited and gave me tips as well. He was very knowledge, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend him.
