On time, polite and gave advice

Dealing with NAC was made very easy by the whole on-line experience. Could not fault it. Everything was explained in detail and everything happened as and when NAC told by us. The engineer was very friendly (Nick) and got to the problem very quickly. A part was needed and we were given the option to order it or not. We were told the price. As soon as it came in a date for fitting was sent and once agreed it all happened like clockwork. We moved down from London 3 years ago and had to start looking for reliable trades people in all areas. In NAC we have found just that. Would highly recommend them.

Phone answered within seconds. Operative polite and helpful. Same day visit organised. Repair person called half an hour before arrival as promised. Very pleasant and knew his stuff. Logged on to his tablet to check out my machine. Problem identified and dealt with efficiently. I could not have been happier with the service or the outcome. Will most definitely use again.

The engineer Wez Davies called and assessed the situation and the parts required to fix my washing machine even though my appliance was extremely difficult to get out as integrated.He was very efficient and explained everything,he even turned up a day earlier than arranged after telephoning first to make sure it was convenient to call earlier.

I would strongly recommend this company for appliance repairs and would definitely use them again.
