I contacted NAC repair after finding my AEG oven door would not close correctly and was starting to twist out of shape.
The engineer (Tom) attended and removed the oven from the cabinet. After stripping off the side and back panels identified the fault as a siezed soft close hinge.
Part ordered and paid for via the office a few minutes later.
Tom returned a few days later and completed the repair.

I was given a specific time slot, my engineer rang me just before to inform me he was on his way. He certainly knew his stuff , he checked every single part of my appliance, even covering areas that I’d not had any problems with and gave it a full inspection .
